Welcome to Lot 2 – 22 Baileys Road Tallai
We are the Halford-Smith family and have lived on this property for 17 very enjoyable years now. This has been a great location to bring up our 4 children, but now they are flying the coop and we just do not need the same space we once did. We are now building a brand new home located on our beautifully landscaped grounds where there is plenty of space, privacy, and a natural environment to enjoy.

What we love about Tallai and its surroundings

Our family background is we used to live in close proximity to other homes surrounding on the Ilse of Capri and as the young children went from toddlers to young infants we realised we need more space surrounding the family home to grow room for back yard home sports.

Tallai is a quiet country setting giving you the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but in fact in the middle of everywhere.

For a growing family, Tallai is spoilt for choice with education ranging from elite private schools such as Somerset college and All saints college and with great primary states schools x 2 in Mudgeeraba and high schools as well as a special education school and a trade schools all within a 12-minute driving radius.

For ease of travel, we are lucky to have the M1 motorway with easy access within a 5-minute drive from the centre of Tallai and yet not see it or hear it.

Shopping we have Robina shopping centre a 7-minute drive away and Mudgeeraba shopping village only 3 minutes away.

Medical we have Robina Queensland hospital that has just gained Magna status which is a huge achievement along with private Hospitals in Robina and countless medical practitioners Physios and Dentists alike.

Tallai suits new families starting out raising children right across to mature families starting to gain grandkids and this is proven by the 2016 census whereby the largest population ages groups were between 25-29 years to 55 to 59 years.

As a testament of Tallai and our street Baileys road in the 17 years we have lived here we still have the same neighbours either side of us and behind us and across the road from us.
